If you’re looking to return or exchange your order, we’re here to help! Under certain circumstances, we allow returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method provided that the following criteria are met. Refunds can take 10 days to process and there is a 10% restocking fee and a return label charge. If you received the wrong item or the item was damaged these fees are waived.

Hats, Tees, Hoodies, Koozies, Mugs, Phone Cases, Sun Protection, Stickers, and Prints.

All of the above products are made to order.  Meaning, that we do not keep these items in stock.  As soon as you order these items, we start; to work on creating the products that you ordered.  For that reason, we do not offer any sort of “buyer's remorse” type of returns.

Exceptions:

  • Items are damaged or defective.  Photo and description of the damage is required.
  • Item does not fit.  Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use and must have tags still on and be returned in original product packaging.  If the item smells of smoke it cannot be resold and therefore will not be eligible for a refund.

Vintage Outdoor Goods

We have a 30-day return policy on vintage outdoor goods. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.  To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging.
